1. General Applications
These terms and conditions apply to all engineering, consulting, programming, and metrology services provided by **Service Metrology Limited** (Company Registration No. 11385697) to the Client. By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The scope of services will be defined in a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Official Quotation provided prior to commencement. Service Metrology Limited guarantees that all CMM programming, tactile inspection, and optical scanning services are performed to the best of our technical abilities utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., ZEISS CALYPSO, Hexagon PC-DMIS, PolyWorks).
3. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All CAD models, blueprints, and proprietary manufacturing data provided by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client. Service Metrology Limited agrees to treat all such data under strict confidentiality. Any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) signed between the parties will supersede this clause regarding confidentiality specifics.
4. Liability and Limitation
While we strive for absolute precision (Mathematical Certainty), Service Metrology Limited shall not be legally liable for any indirect, consequential, or manufacturing losses incurred due to the application of our metrology reports or CMM programs. It is the Client's responsibility to verify the physical output on their own hardware.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
