1. General Application

These terms and conditions apply to all engineering, consulting, programming, metrology, mechanical design, and AI/ML services provided by Service Metrology Limited (Company Registration No. 11385697) to the Client. By submitting this contact form you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Scope of Services

The scope of services will be defined in a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Official Quotation provided prior to commencement. Service Metrology Limited guarantees that all CMM programming, tactile inspection, optical scanning, mechanical design, and AI/ML engineering services are performed to the best of our technical abilities utilising industry-standard tools and frameworks.

3. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All CAD models, blueprints, proprietary manufacturing data, and training datasets provided by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client. Service Metrology Limited agrees to treat all such data under strict confidentiality. Any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) signed between the parties will supersede this clause regarding confidentiality specifics.

4. Data & Privacy

Information you provide through this form will be used solely to respond to your enquiry and to fulfil any contracted services. We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Liability & Limitation

While we strive for absolute precision, Service Metrology Limited shall not be legally liable for any indirect, consequential, or manufacturing losses incurred due to the application of our metrology reports, CMM programs, mechanical design drawings, or AI/ML model outputs. It is the Client's responsibility to validate all outputs on their own hardware and within their own quality management system.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
